Cashew Butter Espresso Overnight Oats
Our Cashew Butter Espresso Overnight Oats combine the rich taste of espresso with the creamy goodness of cashew butter, creating a breakfast that's not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Perfect for busy mornings, meal prepping, or a quick pick-me-up, these overnight oats are your new breakfast best friend.
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp instant espresso or coffee
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Cashew Butter
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup nut milk of choice
In a 16oz jar, layer oats & all other ingredients.
Stir well with a large spoon or seal the jar tightly & shake
Refrigerate overnight for at least 12 hours. Serve with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
