- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, blend butter and real cashew butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla, mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and fold into the butter mixture until just combined.
