White Chocolate Chip Cashew Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Real Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, blend butter and real cashew butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla, mix until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and fold into the butter mixture until just combined.
  • Shape dough into 1.5 oz balls, sprinkle with white sugar, and press each ball down gently with a fork.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes until set. Cool on a rack.
